Present Perfect: Verbos regulares

Gramática - O Present Perfect

Para I, You, We e They, usamos have e o particípio passado (V3).

Para He, She e It, usamos has e o particípio passado (V3).

Para verbos regulares, geralmente adicionamos -ed ao infinitivo para formar o particípio passado (V3).

• SUBJECT + HAVE + V3 (PAST PARTICIPLE)
• SUJEITO + HAVE + PARTICÍPIO PASSADO
• Regular Verbs: V3 = INFINITIVE-ed
• VERBOS REGULARES: V3 = INFINITIVO-ed
• play → played
• HAVE → have/has
• I/You /We/They + have + V3
• I have climbed a mountain before.
• He/She/It + has + V3
• She has played chess before.

Gramática - Infinitivos que terminam em "-e"

Adicionamos -d aos infinitivos que terminam em -e.

• INFINITIVE → INFINITIVE-d
• bake → baked
• She has baked a cake before.

Gramática - Infinitivos que terminam em CONSOANTE-y

Mudamos -y para -ied para palavras que terminam em consoante-y.

• CONSONANT = b/c/d/f/...
• INFINITIVE → INFINITIVE (- y) + -ied
• study → studied
• They have studied it before.

• VOWEL = a/e/i/o/u
• INFINITIVE → INFINITIVE-ed:
• play → plaied ✘
• play → played ✔
• enjoy → enjoied ✘
• enjoy → enjoyed ✔
