We use should for suggestions, advice and things we we want to be different.

Grammar - should/shouldn't

We use should and shouldn't with the infinitive.

  • SUBJECT + should + INFINITIVE
  • You should see a doctor.
  • SUBJECT + shouldn't + INFINITIVE
  • You shouldn't eat so many cakes.
