Gramática - Determinantes

Para sustantivos plurales y sustantivos incontables, usamos any para preguntas y declaraciones negativas, y usamos some para declaraciones positivas.

  • QUESTION ? /NEGATIVE ⧿ : any + NOUN
  • Have you got any glasses?
  • No, I haven't got any glasses.
  • POSITIVE ⧾: some + NOUN
  • Have you got any cups?
  • Yes, I've got some cups.

Gramática - Pronombres Indefinidos

También podemos usar some- y any- como prefijos para formar pronombres indefinidos.

Usamos -thing para sustantivos y actividades.

Usamos -one y -body para personas.

Usamos -where para lugares.

  • some-/any- + -thing/-one/-body/-where
  • QUESTION:
  • anything/anyone/anybody/anywhere
  • NEGATIVE:
  • anything/anyone/anybody/anywhere
  • Did you buy anything?
  • No, I didn't buy anything.
  • POSITIVE:
  • something/someone
  • somebody/somewhere
  • I bought something.

También podemos usar every- y no- como prefijos para formar pronombres indefinidos.

También podemos usar pronombres indefinidos como sujetos.

  • every-/no- + -thing/-one/-body/-where
  • POSITIVE:
  • everything/everyone
  • everybody/everywhere
  • I liked everything in the shop.
  • NEGATIVE:
  • nothing/no one/nobody/nowhere
  • Nothing in the shop was cheap.
