Usamos will para o futuro.

Gramática - will

Usamos will com o infinitivo.

Contraímos will em 'll.

  • will not → won't
  • I won't be busy tomorrow.

A negação de will é won't.

Gramática - will: Perguntas Fechadas ➤ Yes/No

Will vem antes do sujeito em perguntas.

Para perguntas fechadas (para as respostas: yes e no), usamos will para respostas curtas.

  • Will + SUBJECT + INF. ... ?
  • Yes, + SUBJECT + will
  • Will + SUJEITO + INFINITIVO ... ?
  • Yes, + SUJEITO + will
  • Will he come tomorrow?
  • Yes, he will.
  • Will + SUBJECT + INF. ... ?
  • No, + SUBJECT + won't
  • Will + SUJEITO + INFINITIVO ... ?
  • No, + SUJEITO + won't
  • Will they win tomorrow?
  • Yes, they will.

Função - might

Usamos might quando não temos certeza.

  • We are not sure about the future.
  • NÃO CERTEZA

Gramática - might

  • might + INFINITIVE

  • might not + INFINITIVE
  • He might not visit.

Muitas vezes usamos think no presente simples com will para previsões.
