Nous utilisons a avec les noms singuliers qui commencent par un son consonne (b-/c-/d-/f-/g-/...), et an avec les noms singuliers qui commencent par un son voyelle (a-/e-/i-/o-/u-).

a/an + NOM SINGULIER
a + CONSONANT (b-/c-/d-/f-/g-/...)
a + CONSONNE
an + VOWEL (a-/e-/i-/o-/u-)
an + VOYELLE

Grammaire - Déterminants: some/any

Pour les noms pluriels et les noms incomptables, nous utilisons any pour les questions et les phrases négatives, et nous utilisons some pour les phrases positives.

any/some + NOM INDÉNOMBRABLE
Is there any milk in the fridge?
No, there isn't any milk.
